Our family holiday was a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff were unbelievably friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were spacious and very clean. With 33 pools to choose from, we never felt crowded, but the food options could be more varied, especially in terms of breakfast. While the entertainment was a bit lacking in the evenings, we still had a relaxing stay and enjoyed the facilities. Overall, it was great value for money, but there are definitely areas for improvement.
